Moura is both a month and a season. It is a period of purification that precedes the sacrifice of the Daughter at Easter. Many Filianists practice small acts of renunciation in preparation. Of course, our Moura disciplines are little more than tokens, but they are important tokens that help to align our will with the Will of Dea.
